Roadkid26
Im thinking on making a camera car for movie making in gta 4. I will probably use the sultan (stock, without bumper extras, etc) and put a crane with the camera at the end. Then I will edit the handling lines so that it can be a little bit faster and more agile for chase scenes. I was thinking that the crane will be like the firetruck and apc cannon, where you look is where it points, and the camera crane will be on the roof of the sultan. All the windows and lights on the car will be removed, so that the lights wont interfere with the camera shot and the windows will be removed so that in case of a shooting scene, a bullet will not break a window and make noise. And the entire car will have a matte black paint job to avoid glare. The car will probably replace a useless car like the yankee or airtug. Then there will be a script for the car where you press a button and the car view will be switched to the view on the camera. Moving the mouse up/down will make the camera point up and down, moving the mouse left/right will point the camera left and right. Clicking/holding the left mouse button will move the crane left, clicking/holding the right mouse button will move the crane right. Clicking the middle scroll bhttp://gtaforums.com/utton on the mouse will toggle the crane position to be locked or can freely move. Scrolling the button the up and down will move the crane up and down. The buttons and button inverts can be reconfigured in a configuration file that will come with the mod. Of course, this will use the latest scripthook and whatnot. Unfortunately, I do not know much about script mods nor have I tried it before. I have done some car modeling using zmodeler2, but not a whole lot. Any tips or suggestions? I will most likely need some experienced help on this or something. http://www.cameracarindustries.com/wp-content/uploads/Camera-Car-Industries-Inyokern-2012-FINAL-54.jpg http://variety411.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/1.jpg https://c1.staticflickr.com/5/4090/5031695012_0be0dbf61f_b.jpg http://www.cameracarindustries.com/wp-content/uploads/Screen-shot-2012-02-05-at-3.41.47-PM.png

And the middle link is supposed to say button, not some random link.
RoadRunner71
Why not simply use the movie editor? universetwisters
PacketOverload_x64bit
Why not simply use the movie editor? There are ENB editor effects that cannot be really captured in the editor. Not to mention, it seems as though the editor applies a slight RGB overlay to the picture / fog, so graphics aren't %100 as they are in game. Roadkid26
The movie editor is a good tool, but i kinda thought that with this script, you can get better camera shots and it would be a little more professional with the camera car.
