Is his GPU drivers updated to the latest version? If not, tell him to download it from here. How many sticks of RAM does he have? There are people who got 40+ FPS, OP's friend's PC is perfectly compatible with the game, so I'm guessing something is wrong somewhere. Red Hat Posted October 3, 2014 Share Posted October 3, 2014 Tell him to remove one 4GB RAM, start up his PC and see if his FPS has increased, if it didn't tell him to remove the other 4GB RAM stick and insert the one he removed first, and see whether it increased FPS or not.
