Will it be easier to make DLC's to PS4 and XboxOne?

I mean current-gen consoles are more powerfull so will we get updates faster and will we also get better updates that aren't possible on last-gen consoles?

This came to my mind when Rockstar said we will get exclusive content when buying PS4 or XboxOne copies of the game.

Probably, yes. But just because current gen is old, it dosen't mean R* can't do great things with current gen software.

I don't know about faster, development time is development time....if anything, fancier and more detailed updates will take longer. Depends how many resources they throw at it...
