Would you want the ability to respray your Pegasus vehicles.

Clearly the consensus is "yes," but for me the reason is because I don't like the fact that we pay upwards of $1MILL GTA$ for a vehicle that can be hijacked without any security measure (ie, can't recall it or even set it with a detonator) by other players, that we do not have direct access to, that we have to pay more money to call it out of "storage," etc. etc.

Sure, I've got all the Pegasus rides, but I maybe use 2 or 3 of them... and those I use very rarely. I'd like to customize that Dump truck to be 100% armored and have bulletproof tires! Then THIS wouldn't ever happen!!

Yes, but that option should ESPECIALLY be in singleplayer, too. Just about every plane and helicopter you buy off the internet is black, which gives me the impression that they were too lazy to change the (presumably) default color for those vehicles from black to something else.

But the option to respray Pegasus vehicles in multiplayer (or at least the ability to choose one of the randomized paint schemes) would be cool, too.

It would be nice to be able to upgrade and customize most of our Land Vehicles from Pegasus (Not the tank).

I would like to armor a limo and keep it in the color I want instead of it being random every time I order a Limo.

Crew Emblems on Pegasus vehicles would be nice!!!

Yes, I would like to be able to differentiate my Cargobob and Cuban 800 from the regular spawns.

Something like a glass black Primary with a metallic bronze secondary (like the frogger/Luxor) would look nice, without looking obnoxious.

 

I know the whole reason to buy them is so you can use aircraft in missions, but I feel like If you pay that much for a vehicle, you should be able to add a little personal touch, even if it's just color.

Eh i can see what people say about hot pink, or chrome tanks etc. But also who does it really hurt? If someone pops their cork over having an eyesore for a tank f*ck it, not like it gives them an advantage (well anymore of the advantage already had due to being in a tank)

The worst thing about all of this, is as shown by the photos, you clearly can colour the vehicles, and for what I know of the Army Barracks give it turbo, armour and BP tires and tire smoke, so it's there, just we are not allowed to use it....

I'm of the impression it's something to do with memory reduction. I mean, the general player has one

ten car garage. Let's go with that for a minute. at 10x16 players is 160 custom cars minimum in a full lobby with the average player. That's a lot of custom car data on standby. Now add in the multiple pegasus planes, boats and misc vehicles we can own and you're making an upward of possibly 300 minimum custom vehicles. All that memory is a lot compared to just randomly spawning one typical helicopter colour.

 

I'm not arguing against Pegasus vehicles, but of course my point is valid ONLY if those cars are 'loaded' at all times in a session you are present in, which I highly doubt. Anywho, just my theory on why beyond Rockstar being Rockstar.
