No Lester 'L' symbol.

I had just hit level 10 and I received a call from Lester. I was listening to it play while stealing the HPV at the time, when the call finished there was no 'L' symbol on my map. I remember him saying to meet him at his home in Murietta Heights. I just went there and went up to his door, but no cutscene played. I've tried swapping lobbies and I've even played missions, but nothing has changed. Is there a way to fix this? Preferably without starting a new character.

Can you place bounties on other players?

 

If not, reset your router and clear the system cache.

 

 

• On Xbox 360, clear cache: Press the Guide button. Go to Settings->System Settings. Select Storage or Memory. Press Y with your storage device highlighted. Select Clear System Cache. Confirm. Repeat for each memory device.
• On PS3, remove old game data: From the XMB (system software), go to the Game column and choose Game Data Utility. Press the Triangle button on each piece of unneeded game data and then select Delete. Confirm.

 

 

 

After that Free Roam for a bit util Lester calls you.

Is this your first character? You don't have to meet him again if you already have on another character (Same w/ Trevor) if not then check your phone and see if he is in your contacts list.

It's actually my third character. I do remember meeting the contacts on my second one, as that's when I found out they have different lines depending on what sex you are. He's also not in my contacts. But I'll try resetting my cache.
