Pretty much the player with the most money will go all-out - hopefully judging contest won't focus too much on cosmetic modifications as I'm putting it all into the engine.

Got 120K just for this. That's enough for an engine upgrade, a new paintjob and one mirror. Do Blow Up by Simeon, park cars next to one another, throw one grenade, hide in nearby train tunnel. While cops are searching for you, go do something else like laundry or in my case chores. Come back after 10 minutes or so and go in the checkpoint. Easy 18K. Repeat. All you need is one grenade each time.

De, should you state that players shouldn't be allowed to snatch up a fancy Bullet or Carbonizarre? They spawn rarely but I think precautions should be done because if the guy is an idiot and blows 60K on it and then you tell him he can't use it...I don't know if you can mod them, though. Maybe limit to something a NORMAL civilian would own?

I do potshot and get 20k! Lol but I do believe those cars are to hot to modify, and hopefully people have enough common sense.. But I will state that it's gotta be a normal everyday civilian car!
