Better City Blackout

Hi,

it's a very interesting topic. I've read it yesterday and afterwards I have made a first test mod...

 

Here are the first steps:

The mod isn't final. There are many problems and still other lights (maybe animated objects!?!)...

I will try to solve them when I get enough time. Anyway, it's a nice effect I think :)

Great! Maybe you can make the blackout effect in Star Junction too. Anyway it's a very good result.

@Rugz007 what ur asking is complex and he isnt using the scripthook or native functions, if you want to learn how to debug applications then u can study this to start...

I Kept Roaming Around Natives In Free Roam Mode.xD

and cool light natives i found is

Hi guys!

I'm still working on this (I have only 1-3 hours a week for modding...).

The first problems are fixed - but now I got a new one: The f*ckin' (light) object animations:

// ExampleCNTStu01_DC9 = 0xD8B3326CLODCNTStu01_DC9 = 0xC4CE24E4

I can't 'stop' them. Now I'm thinking about an other method but this takes time...
