Here's a pic of the Blue/purple sentinel. Spawned between 22:30 and 2:00 at the intersection of Eclipse Blvd and Spanish Avenue.

Again thanks for all of y'all's help and information, I am going to take what y'all have given me and what I have gathered, SO FAR, myself and do what I can. I think it will be pretty good.

I'm not sure if I would consider the pink Stretch (limo) to be "simply rare". I've seen it pretty frequently, I believe mostly at night if I remember correctly. But I know I've seen it many times. One of my apartments is at Tinsel Towers and I go between there and the Burton LSC frequently, and the pink Stretch location is directly on the way.

 

It's certainly nowhere near as rare as the Hearse, which is probably more difficult to get than an unaffiliated gang car (unless you have another player who already has a Hearse use it as a trigger, in which case they spawn easily).

It appears that the Sentinels only spawn on the Eclipse Blvd and the SandKings spawn only in Paletto Bay at the ammunation parking lot.

The sandkings also spawn across from sandy shores LSC of course. Not sure about anyone else but I've spawned the chrome dubster at the downtown lsc.

The hearse doesn't spawn without another one ever...It might seem like it but there would have been a hearse somewhere in the lobby or even left parked behind the church (I usually leave mine there hidden to force spawns for random passers by). The unaffiliated gang cars are probably currently the hardest cars in the game to obtain. I still only have three of the five (PS4).

I believe it always spawns in the Los Santos Customs parking lot (if I'm wrong someone correct me). I encountered it while driving one of the chrome Dubstas into the parking lot ~12:00. (1200 hrs, not 0000).

I'd like to know more about the Speedo and Burrito vans mentioned here. Where and when do they appear? Is the Speedo a particular color? Anything else special about these?

The Speedos spawn all around if you are driving one. I found them in three separate locations on just one drive. What's special about it?. You can fire combat MG's out the back door. That makes it very special. The Speedo spawns in light grey, dark grey, black, red and blue colours at least (I've seen all these spawn but there maybe more).

Are we sure the speedo is one of the special cars? Is there a street version AND a special partially customized one that is spawning? I see the speedo all the time driving around.

 

I also wouldn't put the pink stretch on this list. You cant store it and cant sell it. I suggest we leave this thread for cars that are "Special" meaning that they have a street version but these are partially customized versions that can be stored or sold for more than their regular counterparts.
