It looks like the black ski jacket from Modo. I’m guessing it looks purple because the shadows in the screen are also purple for some reason .

there was a Unused Military Model for GTA IV This Model name m_m_gunnut_01

Forgot to mention he also has his own voicelines too. There's only a few lines for him suggesting his voice was unfinished. He of course is supposed to repesent a gun enthuiast (Or maybe criminal, judging by his looks) with lines such as "That's a .30 caliber altitude you got there, asshole!".

You modelled the Revolver yourself? I actually made my own version by taking the Manhunt revolver and editing it (that was the actual beta model).

Gunnut's quotes are used for the weapon dealer in Broker and Alderney, despite that he uses a different model.

Ah, no wonder about his looks and lines. Wonder if the dealer's model can be changed.

It works fine. Just replace the m_y_bouncer_01 files with the gunnut files in componentpeds.img and pedprops.img in OpenIV. Since this is the bouncer model that's replaced, this guy will also appear in front of Honkers lol

Yeah, I noticed that playing on PC the other day, I never saw it before on PS3 lol, it was a static prop and I crashed into that car and I died...

I'd like it if this was done through scripts so the Honkers guard doesn't get replaced.

Thanks, this is going on my cosmetic fixes mod! Oh, could you also replace the officers in the tool booth with the proper model (m_y_cop_traffic)? I heard they were used in the Xbox version.

Doesn't seem to be handled via .sco so nope.

Maybe check "tollbooth.sco". There should be something to change.
