When I was last on a week ago you could still buy the independence day vehicles, not the other stuff but just the vehicles. Not sure if it has changed since then.

It's f*cking rare. It's not a commonly seen vehicle, it's rare. Simple as that.

Some vehicles have differing grades of rarity, as with anything else in life.

And to those claiming "unobtainable" vehicles are the rarest, they are indeed, however what we've yet to discover is whether or not they'll be made available once per year OR if they'll end up being released permanently at some point in the future.

 

The Nemesis is very rare, very few people have seen one let alone own one. It's a great bike, like a street bike fused with a Sanchez, makes for some great stunting and excellent off-roading in addition to still having halfway decent speed on roads. It doesn't have much in the way of customization, really nothing at all but it's sleek-looking and is a blast to drive.

I've had two Nemesis... Nemesii?... I've had two in the past anyway. Found one, kept it, modded it, realised I never used it, got rid of it, then found another a month later, forgot why I got rid of it, stored it, realised I never used it, got rid of it. I am a fickle creature.

 

I use the Bati now. Nowhere near as rare but it's more aesthetically pleasing to me, it's handy in a race and you can still perform stunts with it.

Agree with Brian. The excitement of finally finding one quickly left when I realized the bike just isn't very good.

 

If you want to replace a Sanchez or just like collecting hard to find vehicles its a good choice, but if you want performance for stunts n jumps, go Akuma.

 

Side note, Sultan can not be considered as rare. Last few updates they've upped the spawnpoints, can find them everywhere.
