Can't remove body armor from character

About a week ago I accidentally switched my body armor to visible on my character and now I can't get rid of it. Has anyone had this problem, or found a fix for it? I'm on PS3.

Happened to me the other day. I solved it by trying some stuff on at the clothes store until it disappeared.

Go over to the counter and try on an outfit. It should disappear.

1. Open the interactions menu

2. Select 'Inventory'

3. Select Body Armor

4. Press square to show or hide armor

I tried this but it didn't work when this happened to me. It might be a bug.

Try on an outfit at the counter in the clothing store. But first turn the armor off in the inventory menu.
