iceb Posted September 1, 2014 Share Posted September 1, 2014 Yes I have just bought the gta 5 and created a social club account and linked it to my psn account too. I do still have problems when i want the free garage i saw u can get .I go to the property website it said its down for maintanence. Then I go to the garage i thought was mine using the franklin characters and being in online mode. I can not enter the garage even though there is a home symbol on it on my map. Why is this not working ? I have only played gta 5 for 3 days by the way and I have only done and completed like 3 misoins maybe 4. I do have the garage by my home the home shared with my aunty when i play as franklin but that garage is only a 1 car garage very small. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When you go to the Grove Street garage, you do not enter it normally (through a door). You walk up to the garage and a prompt asks you if you wish to enter the garage. You then spawn inside the garage. This garage stores 4 cars plus all your DLC cars You do get another 2 car garage later in the game but I won't say more to avoid spoiling the story for you. I do not have any dlc no So playing as franklin how do i find this garage ? Take the cab like i did in gta 4 or simply just using my map? I do not see any street names when i look into my map by the way so was unshure of how to navigate the city. I have linked my social club account with my psn account and my install is only the 8gb and on my purchass version of this retail store irl i purchas a 1 disk only version of the game .Yes i have downloaded all the updates for my ps3 yes. Yes, the easy way is to take a taxi to the garage. I tried looking on the garage on groovestreet and it looks like its the small 1 car garage that is there just close to the house / flat where franklin lives with his crazy auunt. iceb Posted September 2, 2014 Author Share Posted September 2, 2014 ok what cars can be sold ? I was told its not the super cars that will sell and they have to be in mint condition. I tried selling a car too using the pay n and the los santos custom, but when i do it just asks me if i want new body parts engine and so on or a repair . So how do i actually get the option to sell it too? ok I thought that rockstar had patched this option the selling option and it was because of this i could not get to choose sell. Also i read i can not sell the cars i steal so better to sell the ones i order via my new garage. Ok UPDATE I now tried with the car called dinka blista and made it do a full repair and then i made it do a respray in red but after it still will not give me the sell option I thought this car would be sellable and it is in mint condition so what is up? Hello again. In single player mode you cannot sell any car. It simply is not an option. Once you have bought or otherwise obtained a car you can keep it (providing you have space in your garage) but you cannot sell it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was in online mode and it still would not give me the buy option. Why and how to sell it then? I also have tried adding an extra character via social club and i have tried all online mode normal online mode invite only online mode and solo online mode And still no sell option. They are two completely separate games and we have two completely separate forums for discussion, Help & Support etc. This forum is for discussion of GTA V (story mode) and this is where you are right now.
