Rear View Mirror?

Anyone else thinks it would be great to have a rear view mirror in races? A rectangle shaped mirror in the top of the screen where the RP bar appears would be nice IMO...kinda like in one of the old need for speed games.

Hell yea and along with that have a cockpit view camera when racing as well.

I'd support the idea of having this optionally. I don't like it when Rockstar shoves things down my throat, despite what the anti-Rockstar conspiracists think (I just like the game, FFS).

 

I'd want it available out of races as well though. It gets a bit frustrating when you're checking your rear view for the inevitable super-speed cop car, and you go face first into a tree.

I don't think it's needed, since you have a rear view mirror mode while racing anyway

It doesn't give an accurate enough representation of how close a player is while slipstreaming and things like that. I'd like to be able to tactically block someone on a corner without risking going into a brick wall myself.

That...and when I race with my crew we usually try to race clean so having a mirror would let me know if they're coming to the left or right of me.
