game glitched

im 36% trough in the storyline, and now my game is bugged, when i get near the next story mission the marker dissapears and i can't do it.

I can't select franklin or trevor, im stuck with michael, and holding select (ps3) does nothing aswell

 

online these things still work, anybody got an idea on how to fix this? i don't want to restart if its not necesary
