really? is the world so black&white for you?

lets get back to topic, skill is when you can have a good fight over the whole map and than ALSO notice if the other one wants a brake! ... and become friends afterwards and go on missions

It's a bit of a beginners thought to be thinking it's a skill to survive. I mean, you must really suck at GTA if you can be proud of yourself that you can 'survive' :D

the skill behind it is that you notice the intentions of your enemy by his behaviour. for example you both get into a situation where he should have shoot you but didnt, or he his obviously hasitating and that would mean he is reconsidering the situation. or when you notice he isnt into it anymore and therefore an easy kill. i dont like easy kills!

or basically being able to seperate between being in a fight or just being annoying

That's not a skill, that's just intuition. Or an educated guess.

BLACK DYNAM1TE

God Mode, wall breaches, spam rolling, and miniguns are considered the best skills to have....but I rather a trash player hit me with their car and run away than to put up with players who play cheap and then think they are the sh*t

GTA Online is all about survival and doing what you want. I die on average once a week and that's when a Jet gets me off the radar.

My K/D is 28.63, what's your K/d bro?

Skill in GTA is gained through all the little actions and tricks you do which you only become competent with over time and practice.

i.e.

Accurately donkey dropping grenades from nade launcher

Race pitting effectively (sorry)

Race carving effectively (again sorry)

Shooting while driving

Quickscoping (just saw a vid)

Survival ability when battling (very broad skill set here, good weapon choice is a subtle one)

Vehicle weapon effectiveness

Helo/Plane piloting ability (circle strafing helo, low fly jet etc)

Stunting bikes

Combat rolling (sorry but true)

Dodging melee attacks (easy)

Map knowledge (? uh-oh need to check definition of the word 'skill' now, i think this should be considered as one)

I think this list could go on, hopefully you get my point though, all of these things most of use were utterly naff at when we first started.

28 , sounds impossible for that . even if i was tank griefer at past , i'd still have 4.00 K/D

amount of that K/D usually a modder/hacker , which utilize various effect for sake of K/D ( such as godmode , amplify the bullet with fire or explosive , instantly kill everyone at lobby excepty u and the kill was credited to u , make everyone do animation & causing them defenseless and teleportation/speed which causes the victim miss every shot )

i don't think u need stronger proof

Yeah that doesn't count.

Flying around in a Jet to boost K/D then going in passive mode when on ground does not mean you are skilled. Jets take 0 skill.

I guarantee if we did a heli deathmatch where the real pilot skills are, you'd lose 15 - 0, or you'd probably do what the other sh*t pilots who can only fly the Jet do... & quit after 1 or 2 kills because they are too afraid to watch their false K/D drop.

I will say it again, very little you do in a Jet is considered skill, so that 28 K/D literally means nothing because like all the other 1000s of Jet only scrubs who have K/Ds of 500+ , you didn't earn it with any skill at all.

The fact that you said " the only time I die is when another lazer goes off radar" lets me know that as soon as you are out the air, you go into passive mode, or hide in jobs, until you are the sole Jet in the sky again, which is rather sad.

All that Jet K/D Boosting & you'd still get raped in the air by a true pilot.

^ Actually that's wrong. The jet takes 10% of skills.

And that's only for flying around without crashing.

as well marksmans armed with armor pierching sniper rifle , they may stationed on helipads or rooftop with covers

about 4 rounds of that sniper is enough to destroy it / causing vehicle emits smoke

Except you forget that those 4 rounds will probably take 5 or more deaths before you can land them... assuming the pilot is focused on you, which isn't difficult to find, because the second I hear a sniper "tap" on the plane, I dive down and use the buildings for cover while I search the mini-map for a blip with an arrow pointing my way, then I jump off radar and kill them a good 5 or 6 times before they even do anything.

That's if I am in a Jet in the first place, which nowadays is unlikely, as I only use the Jet to destroy other pilot wannabes.

Also 4 hits making it smoke still doesn't stop the guy returning to base & switching for a new one.

It takes no skill to run. I run toward the fight...not away.

mm yes but it also takes skill to escape your opponent

I think skill comes in many different forms

Escaping is easy. Huge map. Cars everywhere. Real men run into the fire...not from it.
