Game is barely able to spawn enough NPCs online to simulate LA after a f*cking Anthrax attack. Why do you people think that Zombies would be in any way achievable?

Yes I'm aware RDR had a zombie mode but it was its own separate game.

OT. No it wouldnt be legit and who is to say the "majority" want it? Personally I think it doesnt fit with the theme of the game being crime. If i even feel the urge to play a zombie game I load the the ONLY good one called DAYZ. If you havent heard of it you should look it up. Lots of fun to be had

Consoles don't have Day Z so your argument/claim/point is invalid. My thread is nothing but a head nod towards the suggestions and rumors. I'm not a big zombie fanatic but think it would be fun in GTA.

OP you can wait for Mods Zombie right out of the PC version but do not expect much for the old-gen consoles, unless you have a PS4 or Xbox One.

But GTA focuses mainly on criminality, not on movies like The Exorcist.

No evidence? Lmao are these guys lawyers? No. Of course people will be for and against it just like everything else in this world. I think if they added a zombie survival mode when next gen comes out to handle the extra npcs. Or possibly a rescue type mission where you spawn on one side of the map with the only vehicle and you have to drive around and pickup survivors which could be other players trying to survive while they wait for you then once you have everyone make it to an evac zone. Whoever says this doesn't belong in gta is ignorant. Its not a "crime simulator" by any means. Its a game designed to have fun.

While I want zombies myself, this guy makes a good argument that I just can't prove wrong.

*zombies could work in GTA V if they were made by those that worked on the RDR ones (or change them for "walkers") and have SP have some sort of explanation to the cause of it but that would mean GTA:O would of caught up to SP's timeline. Also GTA:SA had Zombotech, right? I'm looking it up and by now a lot of stuff is mods so I don't really remember as it's been ages I've played but I'm sure there's a Resident Evil parody in the vanilla San Andreas*

The zombie game mode above my post sounds brilliant! You have the chance of having a stupid random player who can't drive for crap and pick you up. His car is f*cked - do you find a new session, fight the zombies all the way to another stashed car or run to the marker/nearest player?
