GTA SA Modding Help!

Hello, everytime I try to mod my GTA I put like 1-2 car mods and I can use them in game, but then my game is all buggy and I can see through the street and it looks like nothing but sky around me. I bought the whole game, the 2nd edition CD and I downgraded it to v1, I put a Stream mem fix but it really doesnt help any. Is there something I can put in my GTA to make sure it doesnt do that.

Core 2 Duo 54200 4.2 Ghz (Overclocked)
GTX 9800gt
6gb Ram
500gb Hard drive
