Bikes spawning

Ok at the moment I'm looking for the rare nemesis bike and so I've been riding around little Seoul and around Simeons car dealership on my Vader and the reason for the Vader is because like many people know that the vehicle class you're driving/riding affects the vehicles that spawn around you (I only bought the Vader for finding the nemesis) and so far no luck finding it, but I realised that while I was riding around I didn't se a single bike of any kind riding around, I reloaded my session and went into new ones and still not a single bike in sight. I think rockstar should make it so that bikes spawn a bit more whilst riding a bike (obviously not the nemesis)

 

Also does anyone have any tips on finding the nemesis.
