I got mine while starting a mission and driving around, found it, threw it in my garage. Finished mission, drove to LSC added full insurance and that was it. Dont use the ones in missions, you cannot store or insure those vehicles (or any car from missions since 1.13) it must be a Speedo off the streets. Take the Speedo you found from any mission to 1of 2 100% spawn locations and it will appear thats the one youll be able to store and insure The following missions have Speedos to help you hunt: Chemical Extraction Diamonds are for Trevor Caught Napping Handle with Care Show Me the Monet Potshot Quarry Quarrel Crystal Clear Out 3 You can store the vans before the mission ends, some of these missions if not all, dont require any friends help as you can simply just go find the van, store it, then exit mission or complete them with ease. The two 100% spawn points are: North End parking lot of Ammunation in Chumash Across the street from Apartment 1893 Grapeseed Ave. theres one parked in the supermarket parking lot in Grapeseed Remember you must be in an Speedo for them to 100% spawn.
