Stop hating the damn Minigun!

I get mine form Survival, and use it to avenge a player who killed me.

 

If people hate this weapon, then why not stick to the Pistol as you had when first started online? Since you don't agree with unlocking weapons the higher you rank or pick ups from Survival.

 

I had a player start shooting me befor, I got on my bike, rode a bit, checked mini-map they were coming, pulled out mini-gun to warn them to back off, the dumbass didn't, so I fire away.

See, This is exactly the type of thinking point of view i hate. The Minigun has been demoted to such a level by people with high egos think that using the gun means admitting defeat and/or cheating. What the hell really. Even though I may be good in sniping, Shooting that pistol or even using the carbine but using the minigun doesn't mean feeling threatened, It means that I have this gun and i have the right to use it on you with or without your consent .

You can use it all you want. Hell, if I had the minigun unlocked I'd go rambo on all you bitches.

Just saying, from my encounters with minigun users, it seems that they all use it when they feel threatened by a rifle. Either that or they troll people with it. Just kinda annoying to me..

I send a message saying "thanks for your voluntary contribution to my LSPD Minigun tint, have a nice day, donor" just for the sake of pissing the whiners off even more, when people lose their sh*t, they make horrible mistakes likes going rambo just to be shot dead with the basic pistol,then send a message again thanking for their contribution for my pistol lspd tint. The reactions are delicious I almost get a boner on their rage.

I don't hate the minigun. If you are in scope of a sniper, only minigun can save you. From a certain range, of course.

The only time I see is fit to use the Minigun is against a sniper, since almost every time I encounter one they're out of the range of every weapon, can kill you with only about two shots, and camp the corner you're hiding behind for days. Though I won't bash its users since it's as you've said, they've earned it, I'll agree with the opinion that it is a loser move to pull it out in a standard close-range gunfight.

i don't think i have ever had a problem with the mini-gun whenever anyone has ever tried to use one on me whether it be in a helicopter or in a car or even on foot i think i have always gotten away maybe one time they blew up my car but it didn't bother me because i was prob taunting them for being soo bad and they had to pay for my car anyway plus get badsport

This. I have 53 days spent in GTA and I have never seen anyone pull out a minigun during a street battle* unless they have been getting owned. So I don't hate minigun users in the slightest.

 

* i.e. not minigun vs reverse Zentorno or minigun vs Buzzard.. those are common and reasonable.

The mini-gun is a too cheap weapon to use, and breaks the feeling of shoout-outs and missions in the game. You guys are the ones who ruin Deathmatches for others.

i dont get it, atleast not in auto aim sessions the minigun isnt overpowered

also using the minigun involves more skill then using anything else exept maybe the musket(using of semi auto pistols after youre first auto is just stupid)

The minigun is fun to use, I agree. However, you're not getting my point. If everyone is battling with Assault Rifles and Pistols, it is really random and annoying to pull out a minigun. A minigun isn't skillful at all because all you have to do is hold down the trigger and aim in a given direction. The bullets come so fast and drain your health, you have no counter to it. It is the same as shooting someone on the street with an RPG. They have no way to defend themselves. And stop it with the "this is a game" argument. Saying that does not change anything. Using an overpowered weapon in the game for on-foot combat ruins the fun in this game. I still stand by my argument about how minigun users have no skill. And yes, I've been unlocked the minigun ages ago. My loss? What loss? Loss of self-respect? No, I still respect myself to use a real gun to fight people with. I don't resort to cheap tactics to get a cheap win. Minigun users are cheap and have no real skill. How about picking up an assault rifle instead?
