I personally like to hang around Popular Street, La Mesa as that's where most of the HPV's can be hijacked

When in public lobbies, Burton's LSC is a NO GO. Either head to Sandy Shores or just go to Beeker's Garage, that place that no one goes because it hasn't any high-end apartments.

 

Maybe go to the LSCs at the south of the map...but you have a high chance of calling someone's attention and they'll chase after you. It happened to me twice when I made a new character and tried to keep the car I chose for the race to add a free tracker and insurance. Both times I managed to escape luckily

The lsc in the east, the straight that leads to simeon's garage for the hpv has seen some craziness, well it used too when the game first started

hell i sometimes go there to snipe people from beyond the efective range of the sniper rifle....and when im do im verry succesfull because even if people finaly seem to get they are sniped not by one of the guys in the same street they generaly kinda need to stay there because other people are watching them to

seeing as carcer way , burton close to eclipse apt , it's dangerous to use that LSC . some may prefer blocking the door with car bomb / bus , planting a bomb to entrance & hiding at rooftop
