Merging TLAD/TBoGT music into vanilla IV? (NOT EFLC exclusive songs)

I'm sure everyone knows this by now, but purchasing TLAD/TBoGT as DLC separately will merge their respective radio updates into vanilla IV. EFLC, on the other hand, doesn't have any music from IV, but adds 3 exclusive stations as a compromise. However, since the GFWL Marketplace shut down last year (although IV still has an option to buy DLC for some reason), it is now virtually impossible to purchase the Episodes individually on the PC version, which means you can't combine the soundtracks.

 

I already own IV and EFLC, and I'm well aware that you could just add the songs to Independence FM and call it a day, but I'm just curious to see if there's another workaround to this. Perhaps someone who owns the individual Episodes on PC could look at the way the audio files are structured and elaborate? (I am not trying to promote piracy, in case anyone is wondering)
