A. Get to fort zancudo

B. get inside for zancudo

C. QUICKLY ( this is the part most people mess up on and then complain about tanks) find a laser

D. Kill any guards near you

E. Get in the laser

F. Fly away

G. Avoid the npc jet by using your fingers to control the lasers vertical and horizontal direction

H. Fly into the ground because you still don't know how to fly a laser because you had to figure out how to steal one

 

If you cant steal a laser without using blind eye than you probably shouldn't be allowed to fly one

Fly straight up while looking behing you then remove wanted level. Easy peasy. Your obviously not ready to handle the p999-lazer. Stick with the duster, thats more your speed

Meh, the computer jet is broken. The only strategies for avoiding/defeating it involve either breaking the game (tricks used to get it to either not spawn, or despawn), or being a really terrible pilot (going straight up because for some reason the computer jet cannot handle that, and then eventually doing a loop).

 

 

I wouldn't mind if they completely removed it from the game. Nothing it does makes any sense.

I can never steal a jet clean because as soon as my dude gets in the jet I usually have 2-3 tanks spawn and kill me. I usually go for the Jet inside the big hangar, but I've never been able to get away without a stupid tank blowing me up before I even get out. It's infuriating, US Army bases don't have effing TANK PATROLS!

 

They don't have people jumping fences stealing them also.

 

Use you're flight skillz. Remember what they (yoda) taught you.

Stealing a jet has never been easier

1. It's as easy as it has always been.

2. The Jet has always followed you, so it's not glitched out.

3. The Jet has NEVER shown up on the mini map.

4. It has always had insta-kill abilities, you just got to be quick. Try flying straight up and then flying away.

5. If you really want a jet without the hassle, just call Lester.

I wouldn't mind as much if it actually appeared on the radar with the jet blip and the lock on / missile noise was there. You are literally in the dark of its existence and whether its still chasing you.

whats worse is everytime im in a public lobby and i grab a jet i get the everybody has left type of session or i get kicked

I always go for the ones farthest out, tanks will less likely spawn on you. I just about always have time to taxi the jet onto the runway for a clean takeoff and I stay low to avoid spawning the AI jet and getting AA cannons on me. If a tank spawns near me I have always had enough time to just fly vertically out of there and when the AI jet follows me I fly inverted then correct myself and go the opposite way, no AA and lose the AI quickly

I had a weird moment with this "following" Jet.

I was at Rockford Center fighting a tank with some crew members. Suddenly another Player flying a Jet appeared and killed the tank and crashed afterwards. At the same time a second Jet showed up, flew very slow and no dot showing on the map. I sniped that Jet several times. After some hits it killed me and the screen told me "you died" instead of "xxxx killed you". I spawned and still no dot on the map, but it was more than a minute ago, so it was no player, hidden by Lester. I climbed up the ladder to get on the rooftop again. The Jet killed me a second and finally a third time.

First i thought it was a Player, but as no Player was mentioned killing me, i think it was an Ai Jet. I thought it might be the Jet when calling the airstrikes, but my mates told me there was no airstrike and usually this Jet would fly at higher speed.

In the end i think it was the one following the Player who stole the lazer, followed into the city and become "mad" once the other Player crashed and i tried to shoot him. My crew mates laughed at me for getting killed by this thing.

It was really strange. After the third kill the Jet just flew away and left me alone...

 

Did anyone else recogniced something similar?

You can easily do it without blind eye. OP is either new to the game, or he's been away for a while.

It is almost 100% effective (maybe a tank will get you) if you just stay as low to the ground as possible when flying away. The jet doesn't even spawn. Duuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhh

You can easily do it without blind eye. OP is either new to the game, or he's been away for a while.

 

YOU can easily steal a jet without. I gladly pay my 5,000 for the jet. Peace of mind in GTA:Online has a price it seems.

 

When there is more than one jet in the sky, getting another outta Zancundo is a bitch in my 31d and 13 hours online.

Tips for getting a LAZER:

 

When jumping the fence in a fast car:

jump the fence and wait a bit at the end of the runway, military will start to spawn and when you speed over to the jets, most of the NPC's will still be far away. Easy when you just gotta kill one guy standing at the jet.

 

Fly low.

Obviously you don't hear the lock on noise because the NPC jet kills you with 1 shot from it's cannon. Haven't ever had too much trouble. Just fly like you know a computer can't fly lol.

like that, you generaly loose them

If you provoke the AI jet, it will constantly kill you until you destroy it or it crashes. It flies slow enough to the point where you can snipe the pilot out.

Perform an English bunt maneuver and quickly lose you're wanted level and the npc lazer should despawn.

Nope. I lost the cops and everything one time, made it back to the city and some random jet came out of nowhere and blew me up. When I re spawned it was still flying around so I sniped at it and it blew me up again. And as soon as I re spawned it again blew me up. Its weird

 

LOL I was with a friend once and that exact same scenario happened to him! I watched it all! I couldn't stop laughing!!
