Random crashes

I was in a mission yesterday- called a helicopter, got to a rooftop, stole the briefcase and was flying to the drop of location with team mates in support- almost completed the mission when- crash. The thing froze. So I restart my xbox and turns out everyone else had crashed. This is really annoying since I missed out on 20k and the money it cost me to call a chopper and the ammo wasted in the mission for 0 cash 0 rp 0 jp and a bad sport rating...

 

Same thing happened a couple of days ago when me and my friends got to round 10 survival almost collected 30k and the game crashed randomly for all of us...

 

Any fixes/anyone else experiencing random crashes but only at the end of missions??
