How can you edit the mechanic delivery?

Hi guys,

 

quick question: How did the mechanic work again?

I have well filled garage with some bikes, several cars and an EntitiyFX. However, whenever I call the mechanic I only get the optioon to get my first car (Fusilade) delivered. Of course, I would much rather have my Entity delivered. How can i change the cars the mechanic delivers?
