Lose the cops in mission

I did the mission Crime Scenester, steal the cash. But I can not get rid of the cops, and the stars never start flashing.

Did you do the mission by yourself or with others?

press R3 repeatedly and turn corners, you will lose them easy, if no cops were around then yea its a bug, quit back to free mode and try loading it again, sometimes restarting the game helps a lot.

Got this bug last night as well... There's nothing you can do except die and start the mission again in free roam. Happened to me in Death from Above, well, somebody I was spectating.

 

CALL LESTER AND MAKE HIM REMOVE THEM FOR YOU

You can't get Lester to lose the cops for you when you're doing his specific missions. Trust me, I've tried during Docks to Stock and Hack & Dash
