General selection of cars and motorbikes you wish to be added

Note:

Read the following and familiarize yourself with the photos or car descriptions before voting. I added new cars to the list to update it. I guess you could delete your votes to vote again from scratch. I added "all of them" and "none" options as well as the names of other vehicles to the list at the very bottom of the voting list.

 

First off, to mods reading this...this is not a wishlist. This is sort of a concept thread that many other posters post on this forum. Alright so the point of this thread, after having seen and read peoples ideas for different DLC concepts & vehicles as well as their wishlist for certain cars to be added to the game, is to put everyones specific taste in cars together to make a list of cars that would generally appeal to everyone equally, as much as possible. A list of cars that oneself would want next or before any other group of vehicles would be released by R*.

 

I have gathered a list of cars, after taking other peoples consideration into account and looking at this perspectively; I have made a list, that somewhat captures the most favorited/wanted vehicles.

 

After you view them, if they are not any vehicles you would want, regardless (and optional), post 3 vehicles from each class (aerial or naval excluded)...although I do not think you will need to.

 

In other words, if R* would add 3 and perhaps final selection of vehicles to GTA Online, would the following list please everybody simultaneously? If you can not think of 3 cars, you can post cars from past GTA games.

 

I'll post pictures in case of those who are not familiar with these cars, although you should be if you're playing a game that involves cars.....

 

NOTE: I realize that some cars can be argued that they dont belong in that specific class; however, R* has dropped the ball too in this regard, mainly for the reason to balance out the classes. I am doing the same.

 

 

 

Compacts:

Volkswagen Golf (Could also be considered a sports car)

 

 

 

 

Volkswagen Beetle

 

 

 

 

 

Fiat 500

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notes: Judging from people's own wishes and from my own, these look like the top 3 most wanted compacts to be added to GTA 5/O. Honestly, though, 1 car I can not agree on is the Fiat. It looks horrible and Fiats are usually horrible vehicles in performance. Renault Megane Sport should take its place instead of this car, though the Fiat 500 is so popular for some reason.

 

 

 

Sedans:

Delorean DMC - 12 (Technically an old sports coupe), (AKA, Deluxo)

 

 

 

 

 

Cadillac CTS-V (Could be considered a coupe as well)

 

 

 

 

Note: For some reason, fans dont seem to be fond of something like a CTS-V and would much preferably want a PMP600 (Chrysler 300C), Instead.

So in the same slot and perhaps as a replacement of the CTS V in this list, the PMP600:

Vice City BF Injection (Basically looks like the Bifta but with much larger sized wheels, more round arched frames with a larger height off the ground.

and/or

Vice City Sandking (Basicallly an offroad baha vehicle sort of resembling an suv/truck cross that looks like the rancher or bobcat that is made specifically for offroad racing).

 

Notes: There really isnt much to add to offroad. These 2 are the most wanted and obvious ones. Normally, the subaru would be added or a lancer but thats already present as a Sultan. And you already have your pickup trucks ingame.

 

 

Motorcycles

 

Basically any Harley Davidson since there isnt a huge vareity in choppers.

So thats pretty much it. Don't forget to vote or to post your own selection. Oh by the way, all of a sudden, people were unhappy with the idea of introducing another classic corvette like the C1. So I replaced with the remington. IMO, it's much more appropriate.

 

Remember, 3 cars of each class that you wish R* would add next or before anything else.

 

It is restricted to 3 after all.

Hmm; I doubt the penumbra is fully or more than partially based on the TT. It looks to resemble the Mitsubishi Eclipse GT 2006>

The Banshee, in my opinion, only has a very, very slight resemblance to a dodge viper. Besides, I listed the Viper Concept, which is different to a normal viper in terms of performance and looks.

Thx, those are just from the top of my head. Obviously, there are many others which currently slip my mind. The Penumbra is indeed a cross between TT and Eclipse, as are the vast majority of vehicles in game. Due to licensing costs/restrictions I wouldn't count on 'pure' model replicas. As for Banshee, it was always meant to be a Viper. Even the custom Banshee which R* gave away in sweepstakes was a Viper with a custom body.

Decent list. I would of preferred more details and variety such as older versions of the Cherokee.

I voted:
Golf (believe that's a Golf R pictured). The 2010 Golf R is my dream car (as stupid that sounds). It's an amazing car - I'd marry it.

Dukes as it's the best muscle car from GTA IV. Handles like a boat but came in a hood scoop variant...that didn't do anything. Who cares!

Supra because San Andreas and Supras are slightly cooler than Skylines. They're both iconic mostly due to Fast & Furious but the Supra's got that...coolness to it. Something different.

XJ220 (Jag) would fit nicely with the supers as they're all weird cars, anyway. It's a great car for racing in Forza 4 (S class!) so it'd be great in this one.

Also didn't vote for the other classes because I could care less about bikes and I know if they added the Humvee H1 (amazing truck), they would f*ck it up somehow.

Why is this up for debate? Any vehicle added to the game is a push in the right direction by Rockstar.

We should embrace any set of vehicles given to us.

I will say that I would be fine with all of these added to the game.

 

However, their choice of vehicles is important. HD remakes of cars from previous games seem to be popular. I am including IV in that statement because the graphics leave something to be desired. The vehicles were spot on in that game. I want lots of bikes, such as the Nightblade.

 

Also, whoever said Penumbra = TT. No, what the hell do you think the 9F looks like? The R8 and TT bear resemblances, the Penumbra is a Mitsubishi Eclipse I think.

Srry, i didnt mean to say its all Eclipse. I just meant to say its more of an eclipse than anything else. Like over 75% of it. As for banshee, which sweepstakes was this?

The phoenix doesnt count because the spoiler is the only thing that resembles it. The infiniti qx looks like the fathom. Cayenne doesnt seem to be visible in any suvs, imo. The infiniti only has very tiny resemblance.

 

 

How the hell is a DeLorean a sedan?

It would be, due to R*'s logic. They really wouldnt be able to place it anywhere else. It wouldnt be fast enough in sports.
