marksmir
There have been a lot of times where I get into a mission with 3 other guys and they all die almost instantly or fall short at the first hurdle and I am left to do all the work on most of the time a huge mission such as Los Santos Connections. I usually attempt the mission and complete it by myself something like 20% of the time but usually I just spend ages hiding behind cover taking enemies out one by one and I think to myself, "Why don't I just die and we can do this so much quicker as a full team". What do you guys do when you are last alive or when you watch someone slowly get by a mission- would you rather they died/do you kill yourself or try to complete it? Lamborghini1335
Depends, if my friends die near the end finish it, but if its at the start try for it...if not repeat by dying.
wh1t31v3y
I take as long as I need to try to complete it. If they die early it's usually because they did something stupid so it's their fault they have to watch me. Doesn't happen too much anymore as I don't do missions with randoms and if I play missions with friends they usually know what they are doing and do not die early
marksmir
Yeah it takes me a couple of hours to find a decent session but prior to that I am forced to haul out the majority of the work.

Panzer
Los Santos Connection is almost impossible to do solo. That one part at the oil rig place has infinite spawning enemies and by the time you are finished hacking the laptop you are completely surrounded and overrun and you usually die at that point. Yeah I hated that mission. Took me about 2 hours to find decent team mates and complete it since that mission was very hard due to the randomly spawning enemies. The most annoying/funny thing was after completing that bit I was by myself and went to ammunation to stock up. Come out and get shotgunned by 2 AI standing outside waiting for me... don ovdi' island

I started the mission and called up my Bestra and some D-bag rank 26 noob got in it and as he was taking off I tore him out of it and he started shooting me with his shotgun. Like f*ck off it's my plane you poor prick, get your own. After that he just went idle the whole session and 4 of my other teammates killed themselves before even reaching the first objective. Why are people so bad at flying?
Staten
I try to complete the mission and if I die, I die. One of my favourite memories of Online is soloing Los Santos Connection on hard from the hacking part onwards. I had only just started hacking when the last of the other players died. Instead of leaving the hack and trying to defend against the enemies, I just kept going, completed the hack without getting too damaged and got out of there with only a sliver of health left. Yeah I almost completed it by myself from that point too. However, I had never gotten so far that by the time I realised I had to chase and destroy a plane it was too late..next try we did it though. Maya Echo Visari
I kinda' like it when my whole team dies honestly, lol. Everybody is in spectator mode watching me, and I just try to play the game as if I'm in an action movie or something, (make sure to take cover a lot, switch cover points, crawl around corners, use stealth mode when using guns, use freeaim with a pistol.. get all 'fancy' and the like when you're driving. 'And take my sweet o'l time to complete it ^_^ - It's totally unnecessary, but you OWN the game essentially. 'Since they all died, they can either leave or stay for the payout and watch the magic MadeBrazen
Ai®a©ob®a
We've all died early on in the mission for whatever reason and 99% of the time it wasn't on purpose. If i am playing with a random and he dies on accident i won't hold them to it and i'll try and complete the missions but if they do something to cause their death or die on purpose then i will either fail the mission on purpose and then boot them in the lobby or i will just screw around and not finish the mission until they leave. I'm not going to earn you Money and RP because your too lazy to help. Los Santos Connection is almost impossible to do solo. That one part at the oil rig place has infinite spawning enemies and by the time you are finished hacking the laptop you are completely surrounded and overrun and you usually die at that point. It's actually easy to do if you have a Buzzard at the second part of the objective the enemy does eventually stop spawning and you are able to hack the computers without worrying about being attacked. I like to do hard missions by myself and see if i can complete them and when i do LSC with my crew mates i provide air support for them with my buzzard and take out the enmy while they are doing the hacking or trying to grab the coke from the hangar. jazzbone
Missions get easier with repeated play . So imo go for it and attempt to finish solo. All of the missions that are playable by one can be completed by one. Missions with infinite respawning enemies are a big challenge and there are youtube how to videos for help. Los Santos Connection enemies are many but do not infinitely respawn. The only exception may be the chase vehicle encountered on the drive to the airport. The second location is not easy and having a car that provides good cover helps a lot. Also have your snack inventory full. kilopm
I'd suicide for two reasons: 1. Recently, I was playing a mission (I think Diamonds are for Trevor) where we had to drive to the complete opposite side of the map. At the moment, I was testing out my Bati, and as you could guess, I kept crashing over, and over, and over again. Meanwhile, as soon as the Rank 90 and 107 get there they die immediately. Now, seeing that I was only half way to the mission objective, and that I know what it's like to just be sitting there, waiting for the mission to be over, I just decided to suicide and used a Buzzard the second time. 2. The other reason is if I know I'm going to be overwhelmed by the AI. Back to that same mission, Diamonds are for Trevor, when I saw that the two guys who were decently high ranks died immediately when they got there, I knew that we'd need a Buzzard to finish that mission. Any other scenario, I'll complete it.

Captain Revenge
Suicide, if u keep going the final payout and RP total will be less. Not worth the same time for less now that the gameplay has been slowed down. Grinding races and using replay is probably the best way to gain RP and not have a much of a cost overhead like u would with ammo or Pegasus.
