My resized signature giff keeps dissapearing?

Everytime i upload a resized Giff it goes away after a few hours, and i think the reason for it is that i dont have a permanent link to it that the website can check to remember what to display?

 

I had to resize it because it was to big, and i got it to work, i used this site : http://ezgif.com/resize

 

Then i opened the giff in a new tab and used the link of that tab to upload it as my signature here

and it works for a few hours but then it changes into the signature i have now, very dissapointing.

 

So why is this happening? Because the link is not forever and the website cant find the giff anymore?

If that is the case how do i make a permanent link?

You need to save it in a image hosting website, for example, Imgur. Ezgif doesn't archive the image forever, it deletes it after a certain amount of time.

It's a problem with the image hosting website you're using, not with the forums.

Try using another image hosting website - like imgur - and the problem should be fixed.
