There's no reason to delay and there's definitely no way in hell it would be canceled. The question is what month are we getting this freakin game already. They say the game is coming in the fall, people don't get any news even if we're still out of that time frame and they start to speculate about a delay, and with all the impatient some brainless idiots create a story about the PC version being canceled and all the idiots grab the bait even when without any proof, no facts, no sense or hints about something absurd like that to happen. So, people actually believe that Rockstar has been developing the game and optimizing it for the PC since 2011 at least, wasting millions in resources, merging two divisions exactly because of that and paying them only to do that (Rocsktar Vancouver + Rockstar Toronto = Rockstar Toronto) and they decide "Ah screw it, let's forget all the resources and time we've wasted in the past 3 years and let's just cancel it, let us ignore the biggest platform at the moment that is growing each day with a 20+ billion projections and cancel it".Yeah that makes perfect sense, throwing a completed game into the trash for no reason at all. As for a delay as I said plenty of times it would be a financial suicide, for them and their partners. I could believe the game would get a delay if I believed it was still in development, but I know that PC and PS4 are ready since March and XBOX One most likely got completed by July or so... so right now all that is being done should just be, making some last testing and preparing the servers for the massive transfers.Oh and btw, remember what Zelnick said... there are still 6 billion people market and he wants to reach them all, and currently there are less then 10 million CG consoles overall, so he can't cancel the PC platform and Nintendo is even smaller then CG community. All this panic has been fabricated through rumours that have little to no legitimacy behind them. Can a delay happen? Maybe, but considering how Rockstar has reassured us multiple times through Twitter that the game is coming for PC and consoles means it is VERY unlikely. Well, Rockstar chatting with horny dogs doesn't confirm anything. That " soon " could very well mean 10 weeks in R* terms. Earlier referenced, Rockstar themselves in Twitch mentioned that it will be coming in Fall, and now Cara has revealed she's been working on an Updated Version of Non-Stop Pop to be released in the Fall, this coincides with their planned Fall release for Next-Gen. The fact they have brought her in to work on it, and it's releasing around the same time as Next Gen will be leads me to believe we will be definitely getting it this year. Otherwise they wouldn't keep telling people it's coming in the Fall, and bringing people in such as Cara. I think we can expect some news and a release date anytime soon guys! Logically, you think they'd want the core gameplay functioning perfectly before they put their focus on that. If they're at this stage of production, it shouldn't be that much longer. Because if Rockstar were to only care about money, they'd sh*t out the PC version in whatever pitiful state they currently have it in and leech a few sales off of the initial hype wave. Luckily, the reality of their situation is a bit farther from your personal perception of it. This is because Rockstar has been working on the PC version for at least two years now, as evidenced by the leaked, on-disk build logs. The cancelling of the PC version has got to be stupidest GTA V-related rumor I've heard since that one guy said Chop would be the protagonist because his Rockstar employed uncle told him so. Yes, someone actually believed that guy. The proof is in the Thread Simulator videos .
