RedIndianRobin 2,938
Aussies are going to get their asses handed to them in the SF. Hopefully that doesn't happen. I want India to lose so that everyone can stfu. The hype the media creates is so annoying. I'm totally with you.
Jolly Swagman 10,313
As an Australian Im actually hoping NZ get the cup this year. Both the Indian and Australian teams have behaved terribly throughout the test series and over the whole last summer, with the sledging often going well of over the line of what is acceptable. A bit of banter is one thing but there's no need for the level of venom both teams have displayed over the last season, especially when the Aussies were so far ahead. The Australian team at the moment, not helped in anyway by Clarke, is far too arrogant. The New Zealanders appear to have acted with more class and have played brilliantly. They deserve their first cup. Good luck to the Indians today but I reckon its gonna be a NZ vs Aust final.
krashr 3,864
sadly i think clarke is doing to smith what ponting did to clarke
GTA36362355 377
Those 28 runs above 300 should make the last 5 overs thrilling. May the best team win!
RedIndianRobin 2,938
Looks like India won't go down without a fight. Hell ya!
Girish 3,773
Abysmal shot selection by Kohli. There was no need to hurry. One more wicket and India's world cup is over.
MikeyBelic 222
As I sit here typing this as the scores lies at 233-9 I witness the mighty Australian tiger prepare to rip the flesh off the dying carcass of the Indian prey. All happiness aside India played well. In my opinion this was the real final between these two. McCullum and his boys will get the spanking they deserve for their rebellious behaviour over the last few months just like the good old days of '11 when they last toured Australia. And thats it. Those pegs have been obliterated and I feel utmost joy. Good game to India AUSTRALIA TO THE FINAL. Plus add a BITCH to that for the Pinkman feel. And good lord must I add I have never seen such a huge Indian crowrd/so many attractive Indian women. Damn India how many are imports?
Ducard 2,017
Today was a great day for Indian sport! Now everyone can just stfu and I can watch the final in peace. Will be rooting for NZ. Although it's sad to see Dhoni go, definitely his last WC tbh. Edited March 26, 2015 by Ducard
LiniArc 2,066
Good fight by MSD. That's what is difference between Kohli and Dhoni. You always need to deliver when the "Time is Right". Just saw the press-conference. Good to see that he aint gonna retire until next few years from now. Cheers to Michael Clarke for firm handshake with MS at the end of the game. May the best Win! RedIndianRobin 2,938
Feels so good after Dhoni's loss. But feels bad after India's loss.
khsh97 127
If Dhoni was not run out then India might have won the match. I really like Dhoni sixes and enjoy his batting. He was unlucky there and got run out by bad luck. AUS win OR NZ win, I love them both. But AUS have already enough world cup win. NZ winning the world cup would be good. I will enjoy it more...!!!
MikeyBelic 222
You think Dhoni would have have hit 100 more runs which predominantly needed to be sixes because there were only a few balls left to do it? Also absolutely heart shattering news from Australia today with Michael Clarke annoucning that he will be retiring from ODI cricket after the WC Finale. All the more reason I want a Australian win, for MJ Clarke.
Ducard 2,017
I want New Zealand to win even more now: http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2015/mar/28/terminally-ill-martin-crowe-world-cup So sad. Edited March 28, 2015 by Ducard
Kiffster 2,209
I always get my predictions wrong Well done Aussies!
Ducard 2,017
Congrats Australia. Would have loved a NZ win but this New Zealand team is still the best one they have had. Lol @ Srinivasan getring booed.
MikeyBelic 222
WE ARE DA WORLD CHAMPIONS. Good game to NZ but I do guess it was kinda lacklustre lol. I think NZ need to work on their game plan when McCullum comes short because it seemed to rock their entire innings today. Rochin or whoever he is REALLY needs to go too, silly WA defector. krashr 3,864
i'm glad clarke has finally made the right decision and also that he went out on a win, he deserved it. i think haddin and watson need to go too though Edited March 30, 2015 by krashr

Stoakzee 5,512
Not many cricket fans around here, I guess. Seems so. What international team do you follow/support? Edited September 22, 2015 by Stoakzee
combustion 1,871
Well, I don't honestly know... there are not much interesting matches during this time, and I'm not a great cricket fan myself. I've always sympathized towards SA for choking. I also support Australia and India. What about you?
Stoakzee 5,512
I follow both England & Zimbabwe, more so Zimbabwe. There's plenty of international cricket coming up in October/November.
O SHIT WADDAP? 276
There are very few people known to cricket on these forums, but i personally support team Austrailia. Bowlers of austrailia are very skilled and bouncer though, its hard to play them everytime. in IPL series, i dont support anyone specially because there is not much fun watching bidders wasting their money up. Stoakzee 5,512
Anyone saw India vs. South Africa T20 yesterday? Duminy scored 68* runs and led his team to victory I saw the highlights. Some really good hitting from Duminy and also AB, India's bowling wasn't great though. Personally I find T20's a little boring, I much prefer Tests and ODI's.
combustion 1,871
IMO T20s require less strategy and tactics than ODIs and Test matches, but T20s are great for people who just want a short match with a lot of boundaries.
Bucybumkin 19
Anyone saw India vs. South Africa T20 yesterday? Duminy scored 68* runs and led his team to victory I saw the highlights. Some really good hitting from Duminy and also AB, India's bowling wasn't great though. Personally I find T20's a little boring, I much prefer Tests and ODI's. I wholeheartedly concur. Test match cricket is where it is at... until it dies out when the only series left is the Ashes and the rest of the world are off chasing mega bucks in T20

Bucybumkin 19
Another absolute barnstormer from Broady today. FYI: No one in world (Test) cricket has had more wickets in 2012 than Broad. I know that's partly to do with how many games we've played (15 against the Aussies alone in that period) but it is still nonetheless a laudable achievement
