Different priced bounties?

In a lobby today, I claimed a bounty, which gave me $3500, which I've never seen before. I'm not talking about Lester targets, I mean player bounties.

 

After I claimed the bounty, the poor sap then gets another NPC placed bounty on him for $7500.

 

I checked using Lester's bounty placements, and it's still the default 2k,4k, 6k, 8k and 10k.

 

So, has anyone else seen these irregular bounties prices?

I think I had a 8.5K bounty set on me by an NPC, that was the only time I've came across this.

Nope - I've only ever seen multiples of $1000. Maybe something was "changed" in the last update (and by changed I mean broken). Maybe NPCs are revolting and they're going to start the bounty wars all over again. "You jacked my ride. You're gonna be on a slab soon." "Somebody has put a $2,500,000,000 bounty on you"

I think players drop 500 when you kill them, you sure you didn't pick that up + the bounty? Or it actually came up on the screen they had 7500 placed on them?

Actually if u ran dns codes and got an npc bounty on u you would get a 2 billion bounty by an npc

I just stole a $7,500 bounty...and I now have a $1,500 bounty on me. Muggers now only cost $500 as well.

Didn't pick up the $500, it was for a typical bounty price with $500 added on. I saw it get set to $7500, how can that be a pick up?

i played a bit last night and bounties were on 1k multipliers like always...

 

servers have been really buggy since last patch so anything can happen!

It seems the lobby I'm currently in, has all NPC set bounties (set while in the lobby, not set in a previous lobby at 2k multipliers) to have $500 extra. It's weird.

Ive noticed that calling lester to remove wanted level instead of 200 for 1 star is 100 for 1 star

 

Its been reduced by 100 on each star

Upon looking some more, I'd found that every phone function that cost you money has now all been cut in half as well.

I had a $3500 bounty placed on me by an NPC today...first time I've seen it!

NPC you kill them they drop $12 but you take there sh*tbox of a car and they got $5000 to use for you to get killed. Buy a new car and driving lesson you f*ckin' hippy.
