trip Posted September 21, 2014 Share Posted September 21, 2014 Saturday night and I'm drunk so I want to relay some of my Madden stories. First off. This feels like the first new/different Madden in 10+ years. I'm loving Madden Ultimate Team mode. The randomness of the online play is great...and guys are serious because they are committed to the team(s) they are building. I love nothing more then when some guy has his mic or kinect mic on. The pain in their screams as I make that crucial play to seal a game is fantastic. Rage quitters are fun too. f*ckin' cry babies. That sh*t pisses me off. When you give SIMMERS such great tools to SIM (Random draft classes, advance by X times), you have to make sure the stats actually work with that. I wish connected careers was a little more in-depth. I loved hiring a offensive and defensive coordinators, they've had that dumbed down for a while now. I remember old Maddens when great players retired they'd be moved to the coaching pool a few years later, stlll wish they would do this. Dont hold the last 10+ years against the franchise... I long for the good old days of FrontPage Sports Football and the days when madden was on the PC. I have 15 and yes it is probably the best one since 11. but it still has it flaws. ever since they switched game designers, it stopped recording defense stats properly(tackle assist/.5 sacks) and cpu stats (peyton manning throws for 2900 yrds in a season thats just rediculous). It's a thread about Madden, we don't need multiples. Just had a crazy Mut game. This guy had Manning as Qb and ran all over me for like 9 minutes of total possession but I intercepted him after I threw one, went down and scored. Went for two points, got it but almost gave up a big bomb on the ensuing drive lol 8-7 on a 9 game win streak.
