Crew emblems from multiple crews on multiple cars.

Title says it all. I'm interested in replicating a 1970's Pontiac Firebird, (Bo Darville's car from Smokey and the Bandit) I've got the car and modifications down to a T; but I'm having a paticular issue in getting the Firebird logo to stick. I know usually that once you switch crews you lose the emblem on that specific vehicle until you join the crew again and re-apply it; I was curious however if there are any known exploits for keeping a paticular emblem on a paticular vehicle, if you have another crew set as your active? any and all help will be appreciated. Cheers.

Not currently.

 

I highly doubt it'll possible in the future to be honest.

Nope, not that I know of. Emblems aren't actually 'attached' to the car. If you drive along and look at it, it moves slightly from side to side like its projected on there. Shame we can't properly paint our own cars, that would be awesome. Make our own logos and stuff.

Not currently.

That's a shame; found a crew with the perfect Firebird logo aswell, just not interested in sticking around with them for the sake of an emblem. Either way cheers guys.

are you in my crew? I just noticed there's only 91 spots left.

You can only have the emblem on the car when the crew is active unfortunately. I'd love to be able to have 4 separate crew emblems for cars. I'd have my smokey and the bandit car like below and then have 3 other emblems dedicated to other cars.

Yeah, it's so annoying. Theres so many cars that I would love to have custom emblems on; maybe what SirPhilMcKracken suggested about creating our own logos for cars will be something that is eventually implemented; then again pigs might start flying...

Ah the other of the 2 big firebird crews.

Not suggesting it's the same for your crew, but I was under the impression that the vast majority of their crew's members were randoms, so I wouldn't really call them a big crew; they've got a lot of members sure, but they're not organised by any means.

Yeah, the old generation of consoles definitely couldn't handle it; When GTAV is released on current-gen maybe; but like you pointed out in your second 'Inb4' I think it's more likely that the servers couldn't handle it...
