I've notice something about racing crews

People in my crew (Apex on ps3) don't generally spend their time chasing around strangers in freeroam, especially not the top guys. I find it immature and boring, but it's part of the game, I just avoid open lobbies because I can't do anything without some nutcase with nothing better to do tries to kill me. we also try to keep rammers out of our crew, but a few exist and annoy people in races, hurting our name, while we race privately for the most part, which is why you rarely see the decent racers in random races, we avoid them because we prefer clean racing. I'll bet that goes for most racing crews, but the open crews have lots of terrible members out ramming in open race lobbies and trying to grief in freeroam.

Princess fantasy land.. did I ever say that people shouldn't kill others? Nope! It's a sandbox game with a ton of opportunities, but many players are to thick to realise that you can do more than *point gun at person-durr* and only ever do that. At least be creative, set a funny trap or something. But what do people do? They use bulletproof cars to avoid getting shot through windows, wait outside garages and LSC, and of course use the military vehicles against unsuspecting players. Doing it over and over is still griefing even if it's part fo the game, which is fine if they have that inclination and no imagination, but people with other ideas just play privately and have fun in their way.

 

Also,get over yourself. You bragged to the highest degree, then claimed that you don't brag about how good you are,because it causes people to call bullsh*t.

huh? Get over what? I DON'T brag about myself. I was simply speaking how good I AM. People wanted to face me and I said NO, you know? Just like you say NO to griefing I said NO to the challenge. I don't have a big mouth, I was just saying how good I am. My intention wasn't for bragging, people took it there. I said no to the guy that's the end of it.

On a side note when i want someone to chase me but they suck at driving i just go around the block and make them follow me again until they lose me once again. Quite funny really.

theres at least 6 racers in this thread that i know for certain will wipe the floor with me on any track any day of the week, some of those are in my crew, some in apex, some in nodo... what makes each of these guys men, is the fact they will step up to a challenge and take the risk of losing, rather than claiming to be the dog bollocks, then act more like the cats arsehole...... you derailed this thread so much that the OP gave up on it... yet you call people out for taking it off topic...

to get back OT - to the OP, many racing crews have strict policies on what defines them as a crew, some speed, some conduct, some vehicle type etc... In most cases they will put potential recruits through initiation, not jsut blindly let anyone join (im thinking the likes of the Midnight Club crew who arent really a specialist racing crew..)... that said passing initation doesnt mean you wont turn into a douche later on.. .but most of those are dealt with swiftly and are kicked form the crew to protect the crews integrity...

 

If you really wana test the mettle of a racing crew id suggest you join either RRR Apex, NODO or RACE and get into a 10 job playlist with any of their racers... then make your judgements on what a "race crew" is all about... f*cking about in freeroam is one thing, getting 8 guys on a starting line and running an hours worth of races will separate the men from the boys

 

TLDR: Trolls are trolls... racers are racers.... if you think race crews arent worth the virtual paper they are written on, get yourself on the track and see how you fair..

They use bulletproof cars to avoid getting shot through windows, wait outside garages and LSC, and of course use the military vehicles against unsuspecting players. Doing it over and over is still griefing even if it's part fo the game, which is fine if they have that inclination and no imagination, but people with other ideas just play privately and have fun in their way.

huh? Get over what? I DON'T brag about myself. I was simply speaking how good I AM. People wanted to face me and I said NO, you know? Just like you say NO to griefing I said NO to the challenge. you might have noticed that members of no less than 4 racing crews have commented on this thread... do you see us playing big balls and claiming to be the "best" at anything?? nope, cos these guys have integrity my friend.. they dont claim things they cant prove, they dont bitch and moan about people calling out their bullsh*t... they jsut get down to business, they race, the win, they lose, they act like men not schoolchildren in the playground trying to figure out whos dads the biggest.... the crews that were born out of the GTAF have respect for each other,,, funny how non of them have any respect for you and you've only been here a week... nice first impression.

People in my crew (Apex on ps3) don't generally spend their time chasing around strangers in freeroam, especially not the top guys. I find it immature and boring, but it's part of the game, I just avoid open lobbies because I can't do anything without some nutcase with nothing better to do tries to kill me. we also try to keep rammers out of our crew, but a few exist and annoy people in races, hurting our name, while we race privately for the most part, which is why you rarely see the decent racers in random races, we avoid them because we prefer clean racing. I'll bet that goes for most racing crews, but the open crews have lots of terrible members out ramming in open race lobbies and trying to grief in freeroam.

It's a sandbox game with a ton of opportunities, but many players are to thick to realise that you can do more than *point gun at person-durr* and only ever do that. At least be creative, set a funny trap or something. But what do people do? didn't really read but, I'm done responding to you and your followers after this post. I said I was unmatched, which I AM. I said I didn't want it to sound like I was bragging for a reason such as this. I deal with this sh*t on a daily basis with people constantly asking for races and Dm's.
