Blockahwood
So, yesterday I purchased an Elgato Capture Card H60. I'm wanting to record in 1080HD but I'm wondering if there is a way to bypass the HDCP on the PS3. I've watched numerous videos on YouTube but most are dated and I'm not sure how accurate they are. I've seen people suggest an HDMI splitter but they say only certain ones can bypass around the HDCP. Does anyone have any experience with this that can recommend a good set up for recording or a sure fire way to bypass the HDCP? Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated! Johan
This splitter is highly recommended and it's pretty cheap too http://www.rakuten.com/prod/orei-hd-102-1x2-1-port-hdmi-powered-splitter-ver-1-3-certified-for/250175850.html I believe you'll be needing 3 HDMI cables to get it running perfectly though, if you need a setup video you can watch it here
