Does Anybody Call Merryweather For Ammo Drops?

I was wondering if anybody else frequently use this as I noticed how I barely call for a ammo drop and I also noticed it gives you molotovs. and also, I would like to know if anyone calls for a ammo drop in free mode?

Only time ive ever used them is back when I could only carry less than a thousand rounds and would sometimes order them when doing survivals.

 

I'd honestly forgotten about them and there have been times when they would have been useful

Another way to get molotovs is create a custom race/ deathmatch with them in it and just do the mission at the start of each session to stock up.

 

They dont stay in your inventory between sessions unfortunately

Eh thats kinda cool that there is one type of weapon that doesn't do this, makes them sorta unique.

 

I used to do ammo drops in freemode back in the day when it was more active and I would spend like hours in a single session. Kinda good if you don't want to lose your position.

It has it uses at times.

 

Will do it on occasion in Forced + Pickups (Forced Pistol or Unarmed) to get an extra 200 Rounds for the AK-47 or Carbine Rifle. This is a huge difference as you drop 30 rounds when you die so can chew through the 60 rounds picked up easily.

 

Also I did this when I ended up in a RP Lobby yesterday (and did not get to Weapons but got out of the arena). Called Merryweather for Mercs and managed to choose the entry point the Merc's would use and steal their Mesa and drive around LS for 15 mins inc. exploring the Underground. Also a good way to get a Carbine or Pistol if no Weapons are on map but is Forced + Pickups (Unarmed).

After 34+ days total play time online, I have to say I used it a total of 2 times. I like molotovs but I'm too lazy to wait for Merryweather and the Molotovs r gone if you don't use em when you go offline

 

Always wanted to go around in my full roosevelt shooting up stores and chucking molotovs at randoms but not enough friends or molotovs

Yeah. I did once just checking it out. I see it come up sometimes when players ask for it because they battling in large numbers but I never used it since. Ammu-nation works for me.

rarely.. just for the molotovs cocktail which isn't even worth it specially when you can't even keep them the next day. we can't just buy them at ammunition store **Rockstar Logic**

I actually don't think you should be able to buy motolovs form ammu nation even tho a lot of the community wants it, wouldn't make sense for a gun shop to sell a home made weapon, I don't even think merrywether should supply it, you should be able to make it with your left over pisswasser bottles

In allvmy 160 levels i've never called one... How many bullets does it give you? And for all guns? Or do you just gotta hope that you get the bullets for the gun you want?

I used to use it back when I was a low level to refill picked up weapons that I hadn't unlocked yet. But other than that, no.
