I don't know about you, but since Rockstar introduced some classic cars and colored clothes I thought it could fit. Would be great to be high as a pizza pie with a booger in it's eye listening the short version of this.

YES to Marty Robbins. No idea why he didn't have a tune on Rebel Radio.

 

60's Golden would be much better (Roy Orbison, Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis as mentioned). There are tons of tunes that would fit such as:

Of course, 60's music has tons of covers by other artists so it all depends on what type of rhythm R* wants and how much they're ready to pay for licensing. But as you mentioned "hippie", it would be more hippie-rock kind of music such as the mentioned Hendrix and maybe some Fleetwood Mac in there, the whole Woodstock roster to be honest.

 

It sounds dumb and an easy way to make money but if R* made radio stations with music and a host as DLC that you can pick and buy which station you want, I'd prefer that. There's half of the radio stations that I don't listen to. San Andreas & GTA IV all grew on me and I love them now but the ones in GTA V are crap. Loggins isn't funny and East Los makes me want to stab my ears with a fork.

Well I listen to that music while playing GTA but I would love some music from the likes of CCR, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, The Eagles, Pink Floyd, Jeffersen Airplane, Steppenwolf, Canned Heat, Barry McGuire, The Beach Boys, Janis Joplin and others.
