Already seen one in the top of maze bank, with a 9000$ bounty on it. Almost impossible to get.

I did this once. My problem was a Buzzard keeping distance and firing missiles at me. My shells couldn't reach it. If not a Buzzard, then probably a Lazer would have killed me, or kamikaze bombers, or someone hiding on the lower platform throwing stickies and grenades up. Tank on a roof is not safe, especially now after the nerf.

Poor joke aside: as said, probably a cargobob and tank. I've seen a few before but it's been months as the tanks are now super useless. Only reason to fear a tank is someone is in a jet protecting Fort Zancudo - preventing you from taking a jet yourself to blow the tank up - or you don't have/can't get a buzzard....or an RPG with some patience. I've never seen a tank on THIS building, though, usually the one across the 400K apart where people hang out/blow each other up. He can't shoot people down in the street but he's got great cover and can shoot any buzzard out of the sky that comes to claim that 9K bounty while his buddy is next to him with a machine gun that shoots you down when you try to parachute in even though you're off-radar and you tell him he's a pussy and he just sends, "u mad?" and you tell him, "yes I'm mad" and he opens his mic and tells you how pathetic you are and you just sit there and think about your life and what you're doing with it.

I highly doubt a tank would spawn on the roof of a random building. Someone put a tank there and left the game.

it's impossible for pegasus vehicles owners were left but their vehicle remain in lobby , as this will cause the vehicle vanish

however , if other than owner operating the vehicle is unknown . even if still spawn without ownership , the vehicle most likely vanish

NO they cant. Vehicles from missions cant be stored. Was brought in a few patches ago.

 

You can get around it by driving into a mission marker while in a mission vehicle and getting off/out to start the mission then quitting. It will give you a store able copy.

There are still glitched missions, asshole. Sattelite Communications and Romance Isn't Dead are among them. Seriously, go f*cking try it out. Keep in mind that on Sattelite Communications you can only keep the ones that chase you after stealing the truck, not the ones parked on top of the hill.

That's text book ScubaDave tank positioning. I've seen this a few times before OP, it's pretty uncommon though. The last time I saw this, a guy had his tank on one of the lower roofs at Arcadia Tower.

 

try this one: much more accurate and good for bounties who hide in apartments. I also do the epsilon walking journey trick and just rubber band the fire button down pointed at the garage door.

If this is on PS3 and the guy doing it has a 30+ K/D ratio then I've dealt with him before...

 

One of the only times in an open session that I've had people work together to take out an asshole...this guy and a buddy were slaughtering the majority of the room with 2 tanks up there while 5-6 of us were going off-radar and parachuting in and blowing them up with a series of some passive mode taunting and others RPGing...then they'd call for another tank and Cargobob 2 tanks back up there and we'd go at it again

.

 

Lol, do you remember playing with the ROMC crew together to kill the tanks? I've had the exact same experience! Everyone teamed up against them, it was nice.
