~Tiger~ Posted August 28, 2014 Share Posted August 28, 2014 I would give it longer. The game engine for GTAV sometimes 'sticks' preventing progress, especially if you haven't free-roamed much. Spend time travelling the map, use different vehicles and participate in different activities etc to give the game engine plenty of excercise. Manual save and reload as you do this. The inability to switch characters is a concern because this suggests that the game has jammed at an awkward time (when you are supposed to be Trevor). However, if you give the game engine a decent workout, it should sort itself out. If it does not, then the last mission completion was corrupted and progress cannot continue, in which case you will need to reload a save prior to the Scouting the Port mission and replay the mission.
