GTA V on next gen, what needs changing?

We all know by now that this isn't just a HD remaster, so what could be done better on next gen consoles?

Personally i'd like to see online have a bit more depth to it (animals etc.) But I reckon rockstar will probably revamp the online completely on next gen so who knows?

Also with the power of some consoles would it be possible to have quicker transitions between playable characters? That would sell it for me, being able to see what Trevor is doing in seconds without having to wait for it to load!

1st person view in cars ,remove speed cap and fixed rendering with sniper rifles.

 

And maybe make off-road vehicles perform better than supercars offroad?

I'm guessing by your name and complaint, you don't have a life. Why are you even complaining? Even if Rockstar made GTA perfect, people would still hack and exploit. Just admit you're a neckbeard

 

 

 

With that said, my expectations for next gen GTA are pretty good. On expecting more players, actual animals that can kill me, better graphics of course. Some other things that could be added are more interiors. How about the ability to exercise?

Firearm sound effects.

 

For the most part, sound effects in this game are pretty spot on. But a big gripe I have is the gun sounds. They just don't sound like they should. Before GTA V came out, I thought the gunshots in this game would be loud and realistic. But they aren't. There are a couple of guns that sound alright, but most sound crap. There is no excuse for it. Movies and some other games have loud, powerful gunfire effects that sound just like the real deal. So why doesn't GTA V? A game that has been worked on for at least 5 years? After all the effort and detail they put into the game, why did they fail to deliver on gunfire effects? For a game that has gunfights as a major component, it just doesn't make sense.

I'm expecting it's going to have a lot more detail along with new features, a better framerate and faster loading times. This is going to be Rockstar's new cache cow for some time. No matter how you look at it, GTA Online has been a big success for them so far.

I remember reading somewhere that in the very early development days of GTA V there were supposed to be seasons, Spring, Autumn etc. It would be really cool to have that in both SP and MP. About the cops, just make them act different according to a star wanted level, one star=chase and attempting to arrest you then the cops should start shooting at you at the second star. Also when you shoplift the clerk should do something about that instead of the cops doing it.

How does this make me an idiot? These are all rational expectations of a what current gen systems should be able to accomplish with the boost in CPU, GPU, and RAM. Also, I am well out of school and have a very successful career, that is my home connection speed; I don't know many schools with Comcast connections so I sense some jealousy here.

...and even if EVERYONE buys one for their PS4 AND XBox One, they will be 20 million copies short of what ha sold on PS3/360...people that have stopped playing altogether aren't going to buy a new copy and people who just won't rebuy the game for HD...

 

...and the majority of players will always be on PS3/360
