Without Frame Limiter 250+ FPS; I use Steam version of Vice City (no modded);PC Spec:Proccesor: Intel Core i5 @760 Overclocked to 3.6GhzRAM: Kingston HyperX DDR3 Overclocked to 1766MhzVideo Card: NVidia GeForce GTX660 2gbOC: Windows 7 Professional 64bitDirectX 11.0Sound Card: VIA Audio I try many times reinstall a game, change some settings in game and in my videocard driver, I check forums and google that problem but none of this don't help me If someone know what a hell is going on please help meFor questions like "4-5 FPS is so important for you?" - My answer: Hello from speedrun.com and check this link http://www.speedrun.com/gtavc/guide/etur5 Edited August 27, 2014 by DeNN1Sk0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So playing without frame limiter is impossible. And other interesting thing, in GTA III i also have only 25 FPS with dat frame limiter! Maybe this problem associated with my VideoCard or OC? Reboot #1 25 FPS, reboot #2 30FPS, reboot #3 24FPS, reboot #4 29 FPS e.t.c. Now i trying to understand what does it depend.
