I almost never hear Chinese music on the raidio and I'm in LA.

There's a diverse community of people, that doesn't justify them having a radio station.

Just Pachuco from La Maldita Vecindad. The rest is utter crap and even here we hate El Sonidito, not to mention that Don Cheto is annoying as hell. They chose the worst to represent latin/mexican music.

For those who say Chinese Opera, well, I can tell you this kind of "song" only the elder people would listen it. In real life, there's only 1 radio station have a an hour program play Chinese Opera in the afternoon.

And I'll say yes. Why not? I'm from Hong Kong, If there is a radio station in GTA V which play 80's-90's Cantonese and Mandarin song, I think I will stick on it all day.

I can translate for you, they are speaking Cantonese (My mother language) if you find it in this video, I think the voice actors are American born Chinese, because of the accent.
