Weapon camo glitch

Whats up guys, so I have 79 player kills with my carbine rifle according to the social club but still no army tint, another weird thing is that the required number of kills for each tint seems to change every time I sign in, for example yesterday it said the required amount of kills for the carbine army tint was 39 and today it said 34 :S

 

but yeah either way Ive definitely surpassed the amount of kills needed for the army tint but its still locked, is this a glitch on my side or am I missing something?

Apparently not, I think it changes depending on the weapon since I think the advanced rifle requires 100 kills to unlock the army tint but when I check at ammu nation for my carbine it usually says 39 then green 139 orange 339 ect but like I said today it changed to 34 for some reason but still locked...

You need 100 for army, the 39 are the ones you are still missing. This was changed a few patches ago so people knew how many kills they still needed.
