The original is Mark Di Suvero's sculpture "Declaration" which is on Venice Beach, and the GTAV version was identical to the original. Perhaps Rockstar violated fair use copyright for the original work and had to change it?

Just been reading GTA Wiki, the article of the 'Mile High Club' & there it says:

 

"In the trailers, two versions were seen. The unfinished version & the finished version."

 

So, i just watched all the trailers, (15 minutes wasted) and i've only seen the same unfinished version as it is ingame. Where the hell did they got that from? Pulled out of their a**?

 

 

 

I'm assuming they meant a sort of "beta version" featured in early trailers, with some slight design differences with the finalised version you see in the actual game.

My post was meant to highlight the openness of the construction site as I don't remember it being as open as pictured. Which leads to believe that it has been developed on.

I really wish the landscape in central Los Santos would change periodically - ie. construction / expansion happening - other building being tore down and replaced - just a few examples.

Would be innovative and dope if they had a weekend event where actual DJ's played in the desert and they opened up raves where we can pop and sell MOLLY.

Also, some new roads would be nice, R* had stated before realeasing the game that the world would be constantly changing so I wish we could have some of that by now.

There is also a housing development going on east of the city; a cul de sac.

 

Always thought they may turn into purchasable, detached houses over time.

I think it will be a mall with apartments attached also it looks like progress has been made and was never as open as this.
