Flight School causes Police Brutality increase?

Okay. So, you probably haven't noticed this, you might have, I don't know.

Lately, I've noticed when trying to steal a plane from Fort Zancudo that the police brutality level is a lot higher and it is a lot harder to steal a plane now. It seems that Rockstar is trying to force you to purchase the planes instead of stealing one from Fort Zancudo, as from what I've seen ever since the update, there are tanks lined up to where you can enter, the planes have tanked and lots of cars surrounding them, and you can't get a jet unless you call lester to get the cops off of you.

 

So, have you noticed the police and military in Fort Zancudo being a lot more rough? Do you think Rockstar is trying to force you into buying a plane, in turn making you buy Shark Cards, because you can't steal planes as easily anymore?

No, I think that's Fort Zancudo functioning the way it's supposed to be, it shouldn't be a walk in the park to steal a military jet from a military base

And tanks surrounding the area has been there since day one, they just don't show up unless you stay there for 3-5 mins

No, I mean like, I used to be able to drive in, have like three seconds of no wanted level, and then they'd notice me, and I'd be able to drive to a plane and lose it SOMETIMES. Now they notice me right when I touch the fence with the air from my car, from any entry point, there are tanks lined up everywhere, where as there was usually only one at the back mountain fence and one in the area where the hangar is, and I'd be able to steal a jet pretty easily. Now they lock on to you right when you get in and it's nearly impossible to get a jet.

It's a military base, of course it's heavily guarded. They don't let some random dude walk in and just take their stuff without a fight.

 

Me, I don't mind paying the 5k to be off the radar. I have enough money, and I can earn more by doing jobs.

That sounds like business as usual for Fort Zancudo, OP. My tactics for getting the jet (without calling Lester) is to parachute in and land as close to the hangar as possible. It's still just luck whether or not a tank is nearby, but it's more successful than not.

Get a chopper and fly in there. You will get 4 stars as soon as you get out so land it right near the jet.

So R* is forcing people to buy lazers? I'd gladly buy a lazer if they could be bought.

It's still as easy as it always was, for me at least. I have a specific way of doing it and it works the majority of the time and that's not changed.

Tanks are nothing compared to the jet that chases after you XD

Step 1: Call Lester, select blind eye.

Step 2: Jump into base with a fast car on the west side, North of the bridge.

Step 3: Pick your jet, park your car, stroll over and climb in.

Step 4: Enjoy your jet, hassle free.

Wait for another player to go for a jet

Let him get the attention if the Military, and you can usually get in and out without a lot of trouble as the AI seems to focus on the first person to show up.

I brought a jet without buying a cash card (or glitching) does this make me some strange exception to the forceful mind tricks from R*, or just your reasoning for them not wanting the jets with weapons SO easily accessible is lame and shallow?

I definitely noticed this too. I have the garage right outside the base and grab the jet every time I go online. Since the latest update I've seen tanks more frequently and can't grab the jet in the location I always used to.
