So there is lots of talk about a Zombie DLC coming soon. But some people including myself think that aliens would make sense because there is a whole story line about aliens. With the space ship parts, UFO's and chilliad mystery. But that story line is unfinished. Other people say that zombies will be great so I just wanted to see what you guys think

It will be night time and the entire city is a ghost town. Just 4 or 6 of us trying to survive. Sounds epic!

Zombies! A zombie survival would be fun, even if it was just temporary for Halloween.

 

Or maybe a blip appears on the map (you know, like the crate does) and it's a godzilla-type monster. Kill it for major RP points and cash!!!!

So ironic for me to post this since both are a childs paradise but for me I think aliens are more kiddy like since they're more of a fantasy creation that zombies which are dull human like beings :p

Zombies can never be overdone. I like to ask myself questions like: Where does the virus come from? Can it mutate? Will the virus cause large visible mutations? Will the virus hit plant cells too? That's the kind of sh*t that make me jizz when i play zombie games.

Seriously? There is plenty of games/movies/comics with every possible avenue explored.

What would be the point of either, tell me...the UFO's are FIB, the only zombie is in vinewood a 'cultural phenomenon come home to roost'.

I prefer zombies, but as DLC aliens would be better imo since they have better stuff.

The other point is: this isnt saints row. I hope they never go down the road of rediculous unbeleivable stuff, OP or just stupid. A dildo to beat someone to death is fair enough as you have many melee weapons. A dildo launcher however is just stupid. It doesnt exist in the real world and therefore has no place in the recreated LA that is GTAV. More realism, less children playing mature rated games...

I have always preferred aliens over zombies, I personally find the prospect of inter-galatctic travelers with unknown moralities a lot more interesting and scary than walking corpses. And in a world where almost everyone is "ZOMG ZOMBIES!!!", a mode based on aliens would be interesting. I'd still definitely have fun with a zombie mode though.

Red Dead Redemption is an incredibly serious game, and it has zombies. GTA V has ghosts and aliens as a recurring theme in singleplayer.

 

The supernatural, as a concept, might be "rediculous" and "unbeleivable", but I'm pretty sure Rockstar can make it conceivable and credible with good writing and art direction, like in a good horror or science fiction game. It's actually pretty stupid to use Saints Row IV as a reference for science fiction.

Undead nightmare was amazing. It'd be really interesting to see Michael, Franklin, and Trevor thrown into something supernatural like that. I'd love any story dlc though

No aliens. They are too OP! Haven't you watched the movies?

Please, if Randy Quaid can destroy an alien battleship, I'm sure Mike/Trevor/Franklin can. Could you imagine a 'hood safari'-esque mission on a spaceship with Trevor and Lamar? Do you want it? Of course you do, if you don't you have no soul.
