When I go to control settings, the free aim to auto aim option is not available.Like its there, you just cant select it. Does every one play on free aim now? Or is it just me?

Cant-B-Faded

Are you in single player? That's where you have to change it. Last I heard, anyway...

You can't change it while playing Online, you have to change it back in the Single Player

Nah nah nah Gta 6

I'm able to change my aim preference online, this reason might be why other people can't:

Some sessions or jobs have a specific aim preference you cannot change, say if I have Auto aim on and then I join a friends job, a message may come up saying my aim preference will be changed if I join it. But if I do join it then back out, the aim preference will be back to normal.

no.

if you are using AA & a friend using FA invites you, you will get the prompt warning you about the setting change. whatever aim setting the host of a job/DM/ect. will be the setting for all invited.

the only way I know of changing your aim setting to FA while online is to join a friend that you know is using FA.

and yes, if you do join a friend using a different setting, you will be reverted back to your default setting (SP setting) after you finish the job, or leave GTAO.

You have to make the change in Single Player mode, that determines what type of aim server you end up on.

Besides joining missions which have other aim settings.
