Abiiity to set GTA races to forced, forced & pickups or owned & pickups

 

Forced - locked into the car can only use placed incar weapons (rocket, spanner, boost)

F&P - can exit the car but can only use placed incar weapons (rocket, spanner, boost) and forced outcar weapons (eg. shotgun)

O&P - can exit the car and can use placed incar weapons (rocket, spanner, boost), placed outcar weapons and any owned weapons

Tbh they should have had a some sort of visual scripting system with the content creator that would have let you create almost any type of mode you want. It would make this game a whole lot better.

You can template your tracks but you lose the advanced options when placing them... :(

I have also run across where the chosen colours in the template don't stick all of the time, so you can end up with some pieces your chosen colour, and some the default colour.

For tighter corners use the advanced tools and merge to corners together, or use the X crossing for a right hand corner and prop of the unneeded exits :)

 

I want the ability to delete R* props mainly posts and trees that always seem to be in the way of my race layout !!

I would like to see banked curve pieces like a HO Race track Banked Hairpin which used 4 -45 deg. pieces with a 30 deg. bank to make a hairpin. More model memory and much higher prop limit. And be able to edit an already placed prop, It's a waste of time to have to pick it up from it's almost perfect position when I need it an inch down to avoid smashing into the curve of the straight gap tube.

Heck yeah. Edit already placed pieces, bankrd curves, other curved pieces. Delete lamp posts, maybe have a limit if that's necessary, on how many you can delete.

I think see through glass stunt props would be cool, and a teleporter to teleport you real fast to another part of the track.

- Ability to use advanced position/rotation options on templates

 

- Ability to skew/warp track sections via advanced options

 

- An 'Undo' menu item

 

- Ability to lock time to any hour (i.e. Sunset)

 

- Ability to use more weather effects (i.e. Snow, Thunderstorms, Upcoming Halloween weather effects, etc.)

 

- Ability to save props and templates to a 'Favorites' menus that carries over from creation to creation

 

- Ability to edit a prop without it being unsnapped (i.e. Color change, minor rotations/positioning, etc.)

 

- Ability to remove/ghost individual lampposts, signs, etc.

 

- Individual Rumblestrip props to avoid spending hours burying track sections for the same purpose or having to painstakingly make them from barriers.

On the stunt creator, it would be better if the angle / position table was visible on the main screen so that when you snap a prop to another, you can free rotate it to the exact required angle whilst it is snapped.

Optional rotation snap.

 

A feature that would rotate props by a fixed number like 15, 30, 45, 90 degrees in a single increment.

 

So if you've got rotation snap set to 90 degrees and world heading highlighted, every time it was rotated it would spin 90 degrees on that axis. Same thing if you highlighted pitch, yaw or roll.

 

This would make it easy to place a prop exactly on it's side, or upside down. At the moment, it's very difficult to tell the exact alignment of a prop and takes lots of fiddling to get it straight.

Why can't I edit object with the fine adjustments... I select the object and it just moves it to where the camera is looking. So I have to move it back and then fine a just it. Lame...

Mini wishlist (that won't even happen):
- Add all new stunt props and dynamic props in all creator modes
- Add all previously RPB vehicles in all creator modes (not only the sh*tty DoD)
- Add all Special Vehicles in all creator modes.

- (Add the Biker DLC props in all creator modes)

 

Since R* does not give a f*ck, it's more of a wishlist when a new teleport/creator to online glitch is found.

as such they would not be accessible but would count towards dynamic prop limit and would be destroyable

I forgot something, probably most people haven't noticed. The ability to set ammo size for placed weapons is one of the most requested features. And it was added recently. It really was. But..... only for rocket pickups in GTA races. Proper trolling by R*.

 

Considering the last update was like Cunning Stunts primary a Creator update, it was pretty bad from a creators point of view.

Getting rid of the 'as the crow flies' lap measurement. Can't make any tight small layouts because even if a lap registers as taking 40+ seconds, with the way the distance is measured it only comes out to less tham 400m. It's annoying. If I could instead make it measure around the actual layout, it wouldn't be a problem.

 

Or an easier way to do it would to get rid of the 'checkpoint to close to another checkpoint' nonsense.

1) How about putting all the special vehicles into the non-race Creators?

a bowling vs rpg type game with rocket voltics would be fun

or desert apocalypse games with the apocalyptic vehicles such that I want to make

 

2) the ability to add aftermarket customisations to vehicle placements

 

3) death zones with an instant or timed setting, and a toggle to change play area bounds to cause instant death upon leaving it. Also a setting to change the timer length for the out of bounds soft removal.

 

4) Increase the max size for LTS play area bounds and allow it to be placed onto/over water

More of the smaller platform props.

1x6, 2x6, 3x6, 4x6, 5x6

1x7, 2x7, 3x7, 4x7, 5x7, 6x7

 

And some square platforms would be nice

1x1, 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 10x10

 

A Selective Snap ability which when turned on would allow you to select two edges on two different props and only those two edges would snap.

This would make builds that contain a lot of platforms easier to create, instead of your prop snapping to every single thing is can see!!

 

A Snap To Angle ability which would allow you to snap two props together at a preselected angle. 45, 90, 225

No, because not all vehicles are available in that list.

 

And if I am commenting add me to the people wishing for the Contact Mission creator to be enabled for everyone.

Please make acters carry out mission objectives like capturing vehicles and racing, so there can always be a full squad in missions
