The [VEHICLE SPECIAL FEATURES] don't work at all. Whatever i try, dumper replacement, bfinject replacement, none of the special features of the mentioned vehicles work with those lines:

Enable special features = 1

 

Number of hydra vehicles = 1
Hydra 1 = 520

 

Number of zr350 vehicles = 1
zr350 1 = 477

 

Number of dumper vehicles = 5
dumper 1 = 268
dumper 2 = 269
dumper 3 = 270
dumper 4 = 271
dumper 5 = 406

 

Number of bfinject vehicles = 2
bfinject 1 = 424
bfinject 2 = 3889
 

I have added probably hundreds of vehicles to the game like the way Junior_Djjr's tutorial does. So i don't think that it's my fault. So why does this not work? And why there can't be a single/simple explanation of the section? If only hydras and zr350s work, then i don't need to use this, because there are plugins that have more features. Just wanted to know if maybe i'm doing something wrong or if this simply doesn't work

I'd like to, but it's still far from being done. ARM is the big problem when it comes to patching.

Only what you see in the INI will work, that is hydra and ZR-350. I can also tell that it's very little.

I may implement handling.cfg limits for GTA III and GTA VC for WIN_86 platform.  Some people have requested it. I have started working on that.

I've got a progress on the handling.cfg limits.

Currently GTA SA handling.cfg limits don't work and the code gets altered to make it more generic.

The scope of the project has increased heavily.

Some suggestions, that you have seen before, but to recall.

 

- Rules for developers how to develop compatible mods (e.g. for plugin-SDK, MoonLoader, etc.). You wrote some already, but you had ideas how to furthre improve this. I think it was this post.

I have a doubt, maybe nobody cares too much, but I wanted to know if with FLA I can add more loadscreens, I have 24 loadscreen ready to be added, but the game only recognizes 14 loadscreens of which all are in the file LOADSCS.TXD

I agree with that, so we would not have to replace the loading screens that are already in the game, I even take the trouble to remazterize an artwork of Maccer that is in disuse to see in the game.

I have started working on GTA VC handling.cfg limits.

They may get implemented within few days.

 

With the big scope of the project and the development team of one person who also has a work and other things to do to tend to, progress can be slow.

EDIT - Shouldn't be doing this so early in the morning. Make sure to increase FILE_TYPE_COL limit unlike me who forgot! 🙈

Doesn't matter which archive I add (I know they work fine) I seem to keep getting that 0x015632B0 error. I have added 88 new archives to gta.dat but adding 89th archive crashes the game. I am using Modloader btw. Thank you.

Doesn't matter which archive I add (I know they work fine) I seem to keep getting that 0x015632B0 error. I have added 88 new archives to gta.dat but adding 89th archive crashes the game. I am using Modloader btw. Thank you.

if I increase the limit to 65535 to 80,000, for example

stops working tuning in the game, one person wrote an ASI-plugin that should fix this problem

If possible I would like to have more detailed hints when collision and/or ID conflicts are reported. If you have information available which files are conflicting, it would be great if you output this information.

 

Background:

When I use Soccer TeamPlay (STP) with SAxVCxLC, then FLA reports that the collisions of my custom objects in STP have been already defined, and then STP does not work correctly. I don't have this problem when I use the original game without SAxVCxLC.

The custom objects in STP use the free IDs 19635, 19636, 19636. SAxVCxLC is designed not to use any of the free IDs in the range 0-20000. I have also search all text files of type IPL, IDE, for the object IDs and did not find anything. Thus I can't find out why the conflict is reported.

@_onyx_STP does not have any IPLs, the objects are spawned via a CLEO script. I doubt that SAxVCxLC has binary IPLs but don't know for sure. Thanks.
